Varela Consulting created Acceleration 2.0™, Impulsa’s updated business acceleration program and implemented it in its 14 locations in 5 countries. As a result of the new program, Impulsa was awarded the Accelerator of the year award by Mexico’s National Entrepreneurship Institute.
Varela Consulting was also responsible for Impulsa’s international expansion conducting 3 feasibility studies and opening 2 new offices. Varela Consulting also established policies and procedures for coordinating interactions between international offices, supporting development of soft-landings and cross border trade initiatives.
